1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 99bt platform at https://99bt.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registering multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• All activity conducted through your account — including any bets placed and any deposits or withdrawals initiated — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action.
• You must notify 99bt support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or if your registered mobile number has been lost, stolen, or transferred.
• 99bt reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of balances.
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or use your 99bt account — is prohibited. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

99bt uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted through the platform. However, no system is entirely free from risk. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own device and for logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Funds

All financial transactions on the 99bt platform are processed through approved mobile wallet channels. 99bt does not accept cash or international credit card payments. Funds deposited into your 99bt account are held solely for the purpose of facilitating gameplay and are not considered a banking or investment product.

99bt is not a bank and your account balance does not attract interest. Funds must not be deposited to 99bt as a money storage or transfer mechanism. Any attempt to use 99bt for money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

99bt offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions published at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully registered an account and met any applicable verification requirements.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirement system. Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

6. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

All games available on the 99bt platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, and others. In such cases, stakes may be returned at 99bt's discretion or forfeited entirely.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99bt platform. Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or defraud 99bt or other players.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or game systems.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits through your mobile wallet provider without first contacting 99bt support to resolve the dispute.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive language directed at 99bt staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

99bt monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where violations are identified, we may close the account, void pending bets, withhold balances, and share relevant information with law enforcement or financial institutions where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension and Termination

99bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

On termination of an account for breach of these terms, any balance held in the account (including any pending winnings) may be forfeited at 99bt's discretion. All content on the 99bt platform — including but not limited to the site design, logo, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 99bt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 11. Limitation of Liability
